I would like to personally present my products, because I know the origin, the collection, the history of each one.
All this to offer you, as I have been doing for many years with my loyal customers, only truffles with the right ripeness and the right aroma. In this green heart of Italy that is Umbria, rich in an immense natural heritage, my family, making use of good collaborators, dedicates itself with love to the collection and transformation of truffles with tireless commitment to quality, following the harvest of the various truffles and their cleaning to be sold fresh, frozen and sterilized or transformed into sauces and pates. And to her, still eager to enjoy natural pleasures and flavors, I turn to have a direct relationship.
